Medium Partner Program Status “Unknown” — How to Fix

Recently my partner program status was changed to “Unknown”

I checked my partner program status and found that my status is changed to “Unkown”.

First, I thought that my account was suspended. But it was still showing that I was eligible for payouts.

So what was that? A development bug? or any new changes from the medium?

When I checked over the internet, I found that so many other medium writers are facing the same issue. No one was able to understand the exact issue.

So I have sent a mail to medium support. They said, “This is reported to their development team”.

But it was affecting my reads. You can see my story read stats below.

So, How I have fixed this issue?

As I am a developer, I guess it could be some data migration issue. So I tried to re-apply for the partner program again.
